When ordering your credit card will be charged upon completing the check out process. All sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

After completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent immediately. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information. Log into your CREAGH account to check on the status of your order.
domestic shipping
All standard domestic orders have a 5-7 business day ship time. All preorders ship when the product becomes available. The estimated preorder ship date is stated on each product page.
All orders qualify for free shipping within the USA.
international shippingÂ
All standard international orders have a 5-7 business day ship time. All preorders ship when the product becomes available. The estimated preorder ship date is stated on each product page.
Shipping rates on all international orders are a flat fee of $30 USD.  Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.  If you would like assistance in estimating duties and taxes please contact us.

At CREAGH, we select leathers from the finest Italian tanneries. The natural characteristics of the materials make each bag unique.
While the leathers are durable, please use care to not directly scratch your bag. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Whenever your bag is not in use, safely store it away in its protective box or dust bag.
If your bag gets wet, wipe with a soft cloth and let it dry naturally. For lighter color leather, avoid rubbing up against dark, unwashed denim. The leather can be wiped clean at any time using a soft, damp cloth or with a non-wax leather conditioner.
